Today's practice — Take your stance
Stand on one question today: what am I composed of? Name one piece of knowledge from Day Four that now holds your weight. Then choose one direction you are ready to move in, and do not move until the law says go.
The stance is not frozen. It is loaded — like an archer at full draw. The stillness is energy aimed.
