A grand royal bedchamber at dawn with a very high bed stacked with mattresses

The Octagon · Wall Four

PlanCEO

A princess cannot sleep on a pea. Neither can you build on one. Planning is not a longer list — it is the ability to feel the one small wrong thing under all the mattresses, and to name it, fix it, and gain from it before the day begins.

How to plan

The to-do list. Errands, small things, the ten-minute miracle and the one-minute magic. Anything that just needs doing lands here.

01

Feel it

Sit still long enough to notice what is bothering you. The pea is always smaller than the thing you complain about.

02

Name it

An unnamed friction runs your whole day. A named one has a size, and everything with a size can be moved.

03

Fix and gain

Fix the small thing today. Write down what you gained. Thirty peas is a different life, and you will have proof.

The charge on this wall: One ten-minute miracle and one one-minute magic, done.
